Cravin' Crawfish - Vanceboro, NC
Our crawfish are sourced locally so they're outta' the pond and in your boil a day or two after they're harvested. Sourcing local also means our crawfish season starts mid to late April and runs t mid to late July. If you're lookin' for the best crawfish for your boil, these are the ones! If you get a full sack (30lbs - 33lbs) it's equal to or less than $6.00 per pound. Anything less than 30lbs is $6.50 per pound.

Boudin - The Best Stop
"The Best Stop" (Scott, LA) boudin comes in mild, original, or smoked. It is made with pork, a little pork liver, onions, bell peppers, and Cajun seasoning. It's cooked, then ground, and mixed with rice, green onions, and more Cajun seasoning that will leave your tastebuds dancing! The boudin mix is then stuffed in a casing. Boudin can be cooked in an oven or an air fryer, on a grill, a barbeque pit, or steamed.
